„Struck under Constantius II, Constantius Gallus and Constans, the reverse of these coins shows a Phoenix standing towards the right on top of either a globe or a rocky mound. There are sometimes symbols in the fields - most commonly a star, though sometimes a palm branch or something else. All coins of this reform bear the reverse legend FEL TEMP REPARATIO (FELicium TEMPorum REPARATIO), ('Restoration of Happy Times') which was translated by Victor Failmezger in his excellent survey of the issues.
